As some our jewellery is hand made in the UK and made to order, on this case LEIVANKASH cannot offer refunds. If pieces are not made on special order nor are bespoke we can offer a full refund provided you get in touch within 14 days of placing your order (within 7 days for Sale items) via email on info@leivankash.com where we will explain the return procedure to you. Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back to us at your own expense. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them.
Bespoke jewellery and earrings -for hygiene reasons- are excluded from returns and refunds.
Please bare in mind that due to the hand made nature of our jewellery, items may very slightly be different to the ones shown in the photographs. We strive to display and describe items as accurately as possible as well as showing the colours of our jewellery at their best, however as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee the full accuracy of any colour.
All jewellery purchased can be returned to us if faulty or misrepresented, given that we are notified of this occurrence within 14 days from receipt of the item.
Please note that all plated jewellery is subject to colour alteration if essential care instructions, indicated on package, are not respected. For re-plating services, please contact us on info@leivankash.com.
In the unlikely event of damage of your item, please contact us providing photographic evidence so we can assess the fault. Please note that all items are subject to wear and tear and we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for a fresh piece unless the item is labelled as faulty by our customer service team at the time of receipt.
