How can I place an order?
Browse through our products and collections. When you have found the product you would like to buy, and have selected the correct size and desired colour if relevant to your product, then simply click on ADD TO BAG. If you would like to purchase more products follow the same easy step. When you are finished and want to proceed with checkout click on PAY SECURELY NOW. You can also click on your Shopping Bag icon also located on the top right to view your products and to proceed with checkout.
Where are LEIVANKASH pieces manufactured?
All our jewellery is lovingly hand made in London, UK from start to finish.
How will I know if my order has been received?
An automated confirmation email will be sent to you as the order is being processed.
How will I know if my order has been sent out?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Your unique tracking number and an online link to the courier service will be also provided.
Do you accept cancellation on orders?
We may be able to though as all our pieces are hand made to order you will need to email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing an order.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes you can.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we ship internationally.
What are the delivery rates?
For all UK orders with special delivery a charge of £7.00 will be applied, for Europe & International £11.00. Please refer to our Delivery Info & Rates page for more details. We offer international priority express delivery with FedEx as well at £55.00.
What do I do if I have received my order but an item is missing?
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have a look into this matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?
Although we try our best to get your orders correct each time, if we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us on email@example.com with your name, contact details and product description and we will advise you on how to return the item to us.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
As all our jewellery is handmade to order, we do not offer any refunds. However if you are not fully happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for exclusions and further details.

When will my purchase be delivered?
All our jewellery is handmade and to order so we try our very best to deliver most orders within 7 working day. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer. Delivery time for orders outside the UK will take longer. Please refer to our Delivery Info & Rates page for further details.
How will my purchases be delivered?
Depending on your selection we use Royal Mail or FedEx to send out all orders. A signature is required upon receipt as all goods are sent with recorded delivery.
What is gold plating?
Gold plating is a method used for depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal by chemical or electrochemical plating. Our jewellery is plated in 22 Karat gold. All our rings and bracelets are plated in 3 Microns (layers of gold). Majority of our earrings, necklaces and bangles are in 2 Microns unless specified in the product’s Info section.
What is black oxidized?
It is when sterling silver has been put through an oxidization process. Although the metal turns black, the colour is not long lasting and tends to wear off with time. It is best to keep you black oxidized pieces away from water and perfumery.
